Brother Haruna,
I am deeply sadden to hear about the death of Magistrate Darboe.  May Allah bestow his mercy on him and admit him in His "Jannatul Firr daws".
Regarding my comment about the then Magistrate Darboe, I respectfully urge you to revisit my statement. I did not suggest that Yukasse's handling of Imam Karamo Touray and co-Ds affected me directly. Although my case was a by product of same, I was not one of the people arrested in Brikama. I clearly stated that I was arrested in Kafuta following my encounter with one Lamin Bojang, a half brother to the then Interior Minister, Major. Momodou Bojang. I made reference to Magistrate Darboe just for the way he dragged the case, a view shared by most people in the opposition camp (UDP in particular), in the Islamic leadership circles, and of course in the legal class. It was an open secrete that the Jammeh regime had long been "laying--in--wait" for the Imam to come by. The Kabba Bajos, "Mondo Few Jatta, Siffaye Hydara (the then wife of the same Lamin Bojang I fought with), Tuti Faal Jammeh and co were the bate switchers for the regime.  My case was presided
over by Magistrate Sowe.  I just forgot the Magistrate's first name. Again, sorry for the lost.  "Innaa Lillahi wa innaa elayehi ragi oun."
Pa. Saikou Kujabi.
