I cannot imagine what is going on. UDP is organising a political rally just don't know if all about campiagining for Local Government Election. If they compromise their position about the illegality of the tenure of IEC Chairman and much needed reform laws governing election am done with opposition politics in the Gambia. Every election Common Wealth Observer's will come with their own recommendations but we have parties imaging their ineffective represent only for the sake of contesting in election without caring for level playing field. With even Local Government APRC have change the local government bill to an extend that useless and does not envisage or represent local democracy. Everything in the amended Local Government legislation underminded UNDP reform and funded project of local government decentralisation which was a grant fund in APRC transition programme.
