Dr Jallow, does that mean you can't remember any reference in the report on tthis issue or you simply don't have time to respond? I am not comfortable with your short response.

Yes, we can read the report but we also want to understand the rationals behind the report and whether the fundamentals were infact, adopted by the Junta.
