Dear All,

Just to
inform you that the UK Border Agency (or the British Home Office) has just
published its first Operational Guidance
Note, in relation to the Gambia, for some years. The document, in my view,
is a bit balanced this time around and has incorporated numerous research material
and publications from human rights organisations such as Amnesty international.
So genuine asylum seekers from the Gambia, hopefully, should now be granted
asylum without problems, in the wake of the publication of the new Operational Guidance Note on Gambia.
Click the link below of the document which was released on 21st June 2013. It is a
public document. By the way, do take note of the fact the Operation Guidance Note on Gambia is different the Home Office’s Country of Origin report on The Gambia.

Regards,

Ebrima
