This is the dilemma of modern prison systems. Although we have to note
that, hard core criminals are open to do anything, anywhere, whilst decent
folks who found themselves in prison, will maintain their decency. Our
social science scholars may quietly want to look at this issue..put your
secular liberal hat on, whilst looking at serious moral questions...
