Mawdo Demba,

Not to be unfair to the parents and the new baby, my heart congratulations, just like I would congratulate the poor farmer in sareh takko who won't have dinner on the table for his family.

On a debating note, the Jammeh folks do not know what they are thinking. They are desparate, isolated and buying time and attention. Anything that gives them attention and little importance, they will try to hang onto. What does coincidence of dates have to do with anything? Fetish nonsense!

Wasn't it the same Jammeh that said just weeks ago that the white man's intention is to kill all black men? Fat and blue lies from his foamy mouth! The same Jammeh that gave public holiday to all Gambians because Obama won elections in the US, when everyone else including Obama himself was at work the very day. Was it one of his kids' birthday Muhammad, with due respect to the innocent kid, he gave another public holiday? He did all this and even others that we don't know without thinking of the economic loss. You see how lazy someone like Jammeh thinks.

If they only know the history of some of these kings, then you will be very careful in celebrating the whole idea of kingship, rendering society incapable of thinking for themselves. Leadership should be based on capability. Even Kim of North Korea should be celebrated then...I want to be free. When I say, i mean free from all chains, those from mighty hypocritical dictators, and the idols of which they worship.

July 22nd my foot!

Best,
Yero
