Thanks YJ for assisting in the dissemination of my reaction to the unlawful banning of the Gunjur-Marborough Link. I like the heading created by Gainako for the piece. What shame considering the Honourable Minister himself hailed from Gunjur

Remember Government's claim that the nine prisoners were executed on Sunday when the correct day was indeed Thursday.

Regards to Demba and the Gainako Team.

Mawdo Demba:

This is a clear victory for Gambians and the people of Gunjur. The remember their tactics is just to test on our reactions as always. You are indeed right and I join you to congratulate LJD for his brilliance and tactical way of dealing with some of these losers. If they were done with Gunjur, they were sure going to try Namina or another place. We must say no to all forms of terror.

Thanks & keep them....be rest assured most of them are reading you. I can confirm that to you.

Best regards,
Yero

Interference with private matters without due consideration of consequences??... Decision with this administration goes with the sea waves... high tide - stupid decisions - low tide - regrettable decisions

"At Sunday’s meeting, Minister Bayo informed the villagers that the ban has been lifted by the highest authorities due to what he referred to as “the benefits the Link has brought to the two communities”.He however ordered for a new link committee to be formed without any interference from the former, making it crystal clear that anyone connected with the former committee should totally stay away from all the activities of the Link."

Glad they reconsidered.. thanks to LJD and others... never underestimate an outcry in the media!
