The worst and the most destructive institution created and left over in mother Africa by the former colonial masters is , the western style military institutions .The worst of all dictators are or were military coup leaders , who ousted most of the progressive and promising leaders from power and in most coups they would kill the leaders and often would be enviously jealous of the educated and the economically successful ones.
