The Editorial is too mild and too detached, but having said that, you misread Foroyaa in that it is rebuking both the Executive and the Courts, the Courts especially, for judicial vandalism. The paper is simply arguing that the law is not being implemented on bail and unlawful detention. The bail regime in The Gambia is utterly disgraceful, unlawful even, and I think the Courts need challenging on the point
