Last night I was a party (friends) at our local pub discussing the dis-functionality of the African American family. To some extent all other races has changes  (for good/bad) in family structure in the US.<div><br></div><div>
The discussions were centered on why, when, how and what are the possible fixes.</div><div><br></div>I blamed Washington policies (politics) that were intended for good but with bad unanticipated consequences. Other has personal experiences and different takes.<div>
