Kejau/Karim -

I shared the take on continued honeymoon, and from Adama and Hawa, we know a wife was created from the husband's ribs.

Thanks for reading the piece I shared. Psychology is everything golden and you take that out of anything, nothing is left.

Congrats again Kejau & Madam Neneh, and you both make a wonderful couple. I wish you a happy and life-long lasting marriage together.

I admire Neneh's courage in touching on some of society's most difficult social issues, which are mostly not dealt with by many intellectuals. This is a unique column and I look forward to reading more of her submissions.

Yero,
Thanks for your kind words. No, honeymoon is never over in my household.
And yes, there is a parallel, understanding men and women's psychology is very important. ¨
Nice piece too, IMO, our prophet's live is a great lesson for all to see. ¨

Kejau

Kejau,

I see that you are still in honey moon. lol.

Humor aside, nice observations from Neneh. I like the psychology line of argument.

See below a piece I captured from one of the local Imams ...and see if you see any parallels.

Why are so many amazing women single?
Neneh B Touray For the Gambia Daily- Neneh's Feminist ColumnI watch with the utmost curiosity as amazing women - friends, relatives, and even celebrities - kept having bad luck in love. The relationships they got into were always short-lived, and often ended badly.A recurring question I have always had: "These women have EVERYTHING going for them. But why are they so unlucky in love?"I've realized that while being beautiful is good, beauty is only skin-deep! I've learned that men look for beauty only when they're looking for short-term relationships. But if they're looking for a real, loving, lifetime relationship, they need something MORE IMPORTANT than beauty.Three things, to be exact:Quality #1: Honesty/Optimism.Men are mystified and allured by women who have absolutely nothing to hide! More than anything, honesty and optimism makes guys think you're someone they can trust.John Lennon once said: "Being honest may not get you a lot of friends, but it will always get you the right ones."Similarly, being honest AND optimistic may not get you a lot of male attention... but it will always get you the RIGHT kind of attention!Quality #2: You "Get It."When I asked men why they fell in love with their now-wives, all the testimonials boil down to one SOLID fact about guys: They love it when you understand male psychology. Most women make the mistake of thinking that male psychology isn't important, or that it's sexist, or that it's the guy's job to understand women, and not the other way around. Those are ALSO the reasons why these women stay single or get stuck in dead-end relationships! Don’t make that mistake. If you want guys to truly love you for you, then you MUST learn to accept them for them.Quality #3: You're Interested in Him.You SHOULD play hard to get. It's one of the most important, powerful, and love-triggering skills you could ever learn as a woman. But hiding your interest, or playing with his feelings, or treating him mean... is NOT playing hard to get. That’s just playing. Do you like players? (Neither do the guys!). Instead of hiding your interest, show it in a friendly, sexy, engaging way instead of in a tricky sneaky way!Ladies How Many of These 3 Qualities Do You Have In You?Gentlemen Am I wrong?

Former Observer Editor Jobe and Co Acquitted and Dishcharged By The Special Criminal CourtShare
By Kejau Touray The Deputy Editor of the pro.government Observer newspaper, Alhagie Jobe and Mbye Bittaye were acquitted and

discharged on the 03 September 2014. The duo were arrested on 7 February 2013 and Jobe was charged with five counts, the infamous sedition, reckless driving, giving false information to a public officer and publication of seditious materials. Mbye was charged with attempted sedition.
Their counsels submitted that the duo were tortured for a confession and their statements are forced from them by the infamous NIA, just like UDP's Sanneh. This submission which was considered in a separate trial was dismissed by the presiding judge Justice Ahmadi.
In delivering his judgement, however, the judge said the prosecution did not fulfil the burden of proof as they failed to proof that the document was in fact authored by the defendants even though they were found in their possession.
On the much criticized charge of false information, the judge delivered that the charge was too vague.
It will be recalled that the same charges and particulars of offences were proffered against Amadou Sanneh of UDP who was convicted and sentenced to five years in the same court, albeit by a different judge, Justice Nkea. Nkea J, a Cameroon national subsequently resigned and is wanted by the Gambian Police currently after absconding from the jurisdiction.
The distinguishing fact of these two cases was that Amadou Sanneh remained silent after his counsel's no case to answer submission was dismissed by the erstwhile judge, whilst Jobe delivered a defence rebutting the charges. Nkea was at pain but said he had no choice as silence of the accused meant he was force to relied on the prosecution's submission.
