Can climate change be measured by whether one year or even 10 years in US
is cold/hot? In terms of size what % of the earth is US? Of even carbon
emissions % of US compared to the rest of the world?

I thought maybe some global averages could be helpful over a period to show
some direction of change. Some TV scientists were arguing based on US
data.......am confused!
