Burama I think some truth can be relative but not all truth... for example.. You can say performing abortion in general is a bad thing (true) in one circumstance but when it is related to the safety of the mother and is done early on to safe the mother's life then in this case it wouldn't be true. So in one circumstance it is true but in another it may not be true. Hope that helps.

Me being African and black is absolute! It will be interesting someone to say am some else. Tall or short maybe relative to what it is compared.

Exactly why then there is no right/wrong. Since you suggest it depends on the context - who's involve, what time, where, etc.
