When I checked as you noted below, the Gambia-L, was listed as part of my safe list, "safe senders"
I also for the heck of it, added it to the "Safe Mailing lists"
After I sent an email test, it doesn't seem to resolve.
Let me know of any further resolve as you look into it.

There's currently a known issue with hotmail mail boxes. I will be looking further into it as time permits. Meanwhile you can add The Gambia L address in your "safe list" as it's called on hotmail, that should help fix delivery issues.
