On a humorous note, MSN might be working for Jammeh, so we can't be sure that they will fix this anytime soon. lol.
I recently heard from Uncle Mathew on Facebook that there are more defectors from the Diaspora to Jammeh's camp. I am really interested in knowing who else has mortgaged himself again, as if no lesson from those that are rotten in mile 2. Dear LJD, if you are the new defector to the APRC, please spare my Gambia-L subscription.

Part of my contribution is the thread by Malanding on the award of Doctorate degrees where two of our mayors (Yanks Colley and Laye Bah) happened to be beneficiaries. Interesting though. Today's Gambia is like a comedy. If anyone recalls Laye Bah's Independence speech and you are told that the boy is Dr. of Philosophy just few months later, then you know hell broke lose. Apparently there's a block by MSN that's affecting all hotmail users in ICORS Listserve. Until this is resolved, we can't do anything from our end. We had this issue before and it was resolved by MSN. Meanwhile, of you have an alternate email that's not hotmail you can subscribe, that could be a workaround.
Let me know what you want to do in the unfortunate circumstances.

When I checked as you noted below, the Gambia-L, was listed as part of my safe list, "safe senders"
I also for the heck of it, added it to the "Safe Mailing lists"
After I sent an email test, it doesn't seem to resolve.
Let me know of any further resolve as you look into it.

There's currently a known issue with hotmail mail boxes. I will be looking further into it as time permits. Meanwhile you can add The Gambia L address in your "safe list" as it's called on hotmail, that should help fix delivery issues.
