Folks,
Can someone help me understand the amazing silence over the alleged "Army mutiny" "Coup" "Attempted Coup" in The Gambia. So many conflicting reports floating around. Is it the GNA, some former army officers as reported, or a combination of both? Coups have consequences.  Failed coups have even far reaching consequences, especially under a dictatorship. A licence for Yaya to be even more repressive? You bet. I continue to believe very strongly that a successful coup can only be executed by Yaya's own security elites.  Anything short of that is a non-stater as far as I am concerned.

Pa. Saikou Kujabi.
