Mr.Bojang: I am not sure what you actually mean by a discussion, but I don't think I a physical discussion to kindly invite someone might be confrontational. Also you don't just go to The Gambia and expect to see the president easily. That was why I used the phrase "special Trip". Because I belief if you make it special trip to see the president, This may compel you to make necessary arrangements for the trip.And I'm pretty sure that you will see the president.
