Saul, There has always been, and will always be inherent conflicts that exist between individuals and peoples. These conflicts formed the basis of struggles for perpetuation of ideals, values, ideologies, aims and aspirations of one group of the society against another group or groups of people. These groupings may not necessarily have to be along tribal lines. Within the framework of an organized society, the struggles between such individuals and peoples, who have freely or supposedly subjugated their rights to the supremacy of a constitution and a democratic process, is the mechanism through which the outcome of such struggles are determined.
