Karamba,

I subscribe to what Ousman has said. I'm no longer surprised by anything
this government does, but the figure you're quoting as being allocated to
State House is so outrageous to me that I want to see the fine print. I'm
hoping (against hope?) that it's inaccurate, 'cause that would be a new low.
