I have a two –year old boy called Mustapha Trawally suffering from Congenital Heart Disease and Inter-Arial Septal-defect which has been confirmed by the Medical Board of the Royal Victorial Hospital in Banjul the Gambia. The Board advises that the definitive treatment of this abnormality is OPEN HEART SURGERY, which cannot be offered in the Gambia at present.
