Saul and Hamjatta, The debate is indeed very interesting, and now that the dust is about to settle and the jurrors(list members ) are now digesting the articles and some will render a very honest verdict. However the 1997 constitution is the target of many paper critics like you, ofcourse no one denies the fact that it contains many flaws that only protects the members of the APRC just like 1970 constitution. My only question is what would you done during the transition period given the fact that we either have to accept the 1997 constitution as it is or reject it and risk surviving under a roof of unquestionable degrees.. you have been very critical of Halipha's role during the transition and you are yet to let us know what you would have done or are going to do to help change the situation, Africa has wasted too much time on this kind of petty politics, intellectual dishonesty is a crime and history will be the judge.. Give credit to those who sacrifice their time, knowledge and energy for a better Gambia and please shut up if you cannot give anything.. Many are waiting for your alternative solution, and please let's not try to build a mountain out of a molehill.. Happy Ramadan..
