I find this an interesting - I would even suggest the word symptomatic -
way for a British psychoanalyst to react to serious criticism of the role
of the British Psychoanalytical Society in the broader culture of
psychoanalysis and, in particular, to the attempt to form a parliament of
the psychotherapy profession in which they were invited to take their
legitimate, equal place.
