I don't see much about running on this listserv.  From the things I've read,
like "Paleolithic Prescription", hunter-gathers ran a good bit - sometimes
marathon-type lengths.  It seems some of Devany's writings have an
anti-running slant, as far as long distance running.  Lately, I have been
trying to include more running in my program.  I would be curious to hear
other's views on this.
