I've been eating a lot of calcium ascorbate. Vitamin C.
It's probably more expensive than the carbonate form.
I figure I'm getting two benefits for the price of one.

Bronson Pharmaceutical's sells several versions at
800-235-3200. [I am just a satisfied customer - I derive
no benefit from sales of calcium ascorbate or anything
else at Bronson's.]
