Well, I do very badly on salt. I note that Sally Fallon did a similiar pro-salt essay a year ago on behalf of the Salt Institute:-

All very plausible-sounding until one recognises that salt wasn't extensively used in palaeo times, so that, at best, being without salt clearly causes no harm and that therefore it is not needed anyway, quite aside from the many other  concerns re its potential harm.
