You should join the md380 mailing list.
There is a program written by one of the members, which is significantly
better than the Tyt software.
I will double check for the file name, but as far as I know you can only get
it on the Yahoo mailing list.

I have a MD380, and if you use the software you will have no trouble If you
get one let me know and I will send you a file with the keypad instructions.
