glad to see you are doing better, and hope the computer and back up issues recovery as well as you have. :-)

Then there were the Christmas holidays and lots of church related things going on then and also during this month. Denver has been snow free, for the most part, until a few days ago when we got 8 to 12 inches in various parts of town. All the time I was offline, sort of speak, I was getting mail so it isn’t like I went away; just silent. Then, too, Apple released a version of their operating system a few weeks ago and the email text editor wouldn’t track using speech for blind users. Well, it worked, but not properly. I still have a problem with the backup feature of my Mac and my iPhone My iPhone backs up to the cloud just fine so I guess that isn’t a problem but when the backup system on my Mac computer isn’t working normally, it shuts off everything you use such as text editors, word processors, dictionaries and the like. I could turn those programs off which would keep them from backing up to iCloud, but I would rather get the problem fixed instead. You can back up to your own Mac hard drive, to an external drive, which I still have in the box, or to the iCloud services and since I use the Mac and my iPhone linked together, I prefer using the cloud services as my main backup. Sandy has been in a lot of arm pain and eventually is going to have it surgically repaired like she did a few years ago with the other arm. My health is better than before my spinal surgery last October 12th. I wrote about all that before I had computer problems. I’m thankful the surgery did away with all the leg pain I was having these past 4 and a half years but my lower back is still arthritic, and the 4 operations I had back at the end of 2013 and early 2014, only solved the problems of pain and physical discomfort for a short time. It soon will be a full year that we have been going to this new church. Well, new to us anyway. The worship is great, Sandy is still playing the drums, and the sermons and Bible studies and prayer meetings we have, are great and are really encouraging. Well, just wanted to say hello. By the way, I did not write for awhile due to the weakness in my hands but my hands are about 75 to 80 percent of normal now so praise the Lord for that.
