Hi guys, I get recertification notices from DSS each year, and it has always been just an image and not too useful. However, yesterday when I loaded it up it opened Edge and read it with no problem. Unfortunately, they want the paperwork mailed or dropped off as hard copy so I’ll be getting help with that, otherwise I’d take care of it all at home.

The forms have to be properly tagged. I don’t know anything about this process but suspect there might be information available through Adobe. Good luck. Also, I think .html forms are better if you can get them.
