Hi, I just check my old files on One Drive which date back to 2012 and 
do not see any problems opening them. Some really old files from before 
then which I have stored often need to be converted as older Word 
Processors and Spreadsheet proggrams did some things differently, but 
they still work. Suggest you chat with Microsoft Helpdesk if you are 
seeing a problem.
