Evangelina Holvino works with two of the great traditions in group
dynamics: the National Training Laboratory (NTL) training group (T-
Group) tradition and the analytically oriented, group-as-a-whole
(Tavistock) perspective. She will talk about how using both of these
approaches expands our understanding of the more complex overt and
covert group and intergroup dynamics that are a feature of new
organizational forms, and how they increase our options for action.
