Fran, can you tell us what some of the dishes were?

Here goes Sue~

Baked skinless chicken breasts (some w bbq sauce/ some plain)
Fresh garden salad- several dressing options
potato salad
2 different kinds of elaborate jello thingies one pink one green!
A very yummy carrot/beet green onion veggie salad
dinner rolls
corn bread
boston brown bread muffins
Apple cinnamon Foccacia (Italian flatbread)

We kind of had people decide which items to bring.....
One could do mexican, outdoor bbq, spaghetti etc....
People brought along their recipies & labeled what the foods were made
with so folks could know if it was something they wanted to eat.
It was just really nice to know it was all GF.
