My daughter is newly diagnosed with celiac.  This is all new to us.  My
concerns are more about her behavior and difficulties/frustrations in
academics, since all of her physical symptoms have subsided since being
gluten free for 6 weeks.  Could anyone refer me to a professional
journal article or book discussing the negative impact that celiac
disease might have on a child's behavior.
