Hi all,

here are some (probably daft) questions about fonts on
the DDI level. I am trying to write an application which
retrieves information about the text being displayed using the
DDI hook functions.

1. If the font is in the old format I can access the name of
the font easily through the FONTINFO structure.
But where do I get the name of the font, if the font is in
the new font format (as defined by the NewFontSeg structure)?
2. Is there a way to translate glyphs back to character codes
(Unicode or something else)? Is there a table and where
   can I find it?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Rolf
