On behalf of the Ukrainian Blind Lawyers Association's President Volodymyr
Turskiy I would like to announce that May12 1998 will be the day of
celebration of the 1 anniversary of the Ukrainian Blind Lawyers
Association.   The Ivan Franko Dramma Theater will be casting a charity
play especially for them. Volodymyr invites all of you to come join in the
celebration if anyone has a possibility to come over.

Kyiv is great in spring. It is finally not too chilly and the birds   are
singing in the trees. Volodymyr would be happy to find a host family and
tour guides for those of you, who wish to travel and find out more about
the new places. Summer in Kyiv promises to be mild and nice, too.
