This subject came up on the Eyes-Free Android listserv today, so I looked up 
a little information.
The WattsUp device from energous.com will be transmitting in the 5850-5875 
MHz band. Another new RF charging device, the PowerSpot, will be 
transmitting in the 915 MHz band, but probably at lower ERP levels than the 
WattsUp. The WattsUp is authorized under Part 18, not Part 15.
