Here is a description plus menu list.

Kenwood TH-D74E.
Left side, bottom to top.
Power on/off, hold for a few seconds to turn on. Whilst on, a quick press of
the power button will read band, mode, frequency and power, and activate the
backlight.
Middle button, moni.
Top button, ptt.
2 dials on top right, inner and outer.
Inside one is ENC control, changes channels, frequencies and menues.
Outer is volume.
Below the screen.
Top left, mode.
Directly below is menu.
Centre, arrow keys plus enter.
Right top is A/B.
Directly below is F, or function button.

Below is the 12 key numeric keypad.

Right side, from the top down.
Speaker and mic.
Micro SD card slot.
Micro USB connector.

Keypad functions:
1: VFO.
Func+1: memory to VFO.
2: Memory recall.
func+2: Memory In.
3: Call channel; Func+3, Call Channel In.
4: Msg; Func+4, Enter new message input mode.
5: List Display APRS Station List.
Func+5: APRS on; KISS on; Off.
6: BCN. Press to transmit beacon when APRS is on. Func+6: Transmit object.
7: Reverse.
Func+7: Select shift direction.
8: Tone.
Func+8: Set tone.
9: PF1.
Func+9: Attenuator.
0: Mark Display Position Memory List.
Func+0: Display my position. Press and hold 0 to enter Mark Waypoint
