Where is FM on the receiver of that HT? Other than 440Mhz / 220Mhz, 
144    , is there any FM like the FM broadcast band? Someone here said 
it does not cover 10 meter FM, but is that for receive? I know there is 
no TX on anything from 2 meters on down.
