Is this rig still accessible like the older versions?

 

I found an eyes-free guide for a much older iteration of this radio. Does it
still mostly apply to this newer model?

 

Are there some additional, newer resources?

 

How about any screen-reader-accessible radio programming software? Which
software do you recommend?
