Do you also need to include the cost of dismantling the existing
structure and rerouting all Subway, LIRR, Amtrak, and NJ Transit
traffic?  Plus keep in mind that there is no reason to believe that
material costs for limestone mirror inflation, or labor, or real
estate, or shipping... or pretty much any of it.
