Huh. Good that you have this deep-seated concern for authenticity. Such a man of integrity. Will you install it with your great-grandfather's hammer?

No need to buy a Detroit house. They've so many extra you can probably just have it if you'd simply start paying the taxes on it....

Yes, designs.  Sometimes rolls of vintage linoleum show up on ebay (a tad brittle, perhaps???) and also tile (ditto).   But I cannot find a mfr.  Will have to buy a shell of a Detroit house and salvage?
