Greetings,
I attended a three days business function in Dallas, TX at the Hyatt Regency
DFW. (Great place, BTW)
The food they offered was wonderful. That is, if you're not intolerant of
Gluten.
I suspect this is due to ignorance, not lack of good will or empathy. They
need to learn about Celiac such that they would offer some alternatives to
pasta and bread. In my view, uncontaminated rice, rice cakes, gluten free
snacks and other common alternatives should be offered regularly.
If you agree and think Hyatt needs to heighten its awareness, please join me
in communicating with them. I already called Mr. George Vizer, VP of Food &
Beverage at 1-312-750-1234. I explained what Celiac is and asked that the
chain provide food that is adequate for people with Celiac.

Thanks
Eli
Father of a Diabetic & Celiac child.
