Dear whomever this reaches,
My son was recently diagnosed Celiac, we found this out whilst investigating
possible ADHD or Bi- polar disorder, I was wondering if these associated
disorders are common with Celiac disease or if gluten allergy can even be
the cause of, if so can I expect any dramatic changes in my sons behaviour?,
and if so , how long before we notice any change?, he has been on the diet
about one week now, he still has bad days but not as bad, I don't know if
its my wishful thinking or if the changes are due to the diet directly.
Any information relating to ADHD and BI-Polar in conjunction with Celiac is
appreciated, as this is all new to us we don't have much information. Also
is there a Detoxifying period from the gluten build up in his system.
Thanks Kindly any info would be great.
