Hi everyone,

Yesterday, my 10 year old daughter had a school activity (which I didn't know about) where they baked using flour. I know that she didn't eat any of it, but she seemed to have a reaction anyway. Has anyone else found that just being around flour and breathing it in possibly causes a reaction?

Also, has anyone found that gluten affects their children's moods? My daughter was in a horrible and irrational mood after coming home. Before she was diagnosed (six years ago) she had tantrums and mood swings (more than the usual in kids). Now if I think she has had some gluten inadvertantly, first thing I can see it in her behavior.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Racheli
