Hi everyone,
     My 4 year old daughter and I were just diagnosed with Celiac about three weeks ago, so this is still pretty new to us.  She will be starting Kindergarten (all-day) in a few weeks, so I'm looking for some advice.  What information should I give to her teachers and the school?  I don't want to overwhelm them, but I do need to make sure she isn't given a cookie at snack time!  Is the school required to provide her with a gf lunch and snacks, or is that up me to send with her every day?  Should the teacher discuss her needs with the class, or would that make her feel singled-out and different?  Has anyone had any experience with these situations?  I would appreciate any suggestions or experiences you could share with us.
