Hello,
This is my first time posting a message to this board. My son is 23
months old and diagonosed with Celiac 2 months ago. He is doing GREAT on
the diet. He has gained 3 pounds and is back on growth charts amazing.
Anyway, he is hard to feed, my insurance will not let me see a
nutriosonist. He has the following allergies along with the Celiac diet:
Peanuts and all nuts, eggs(Both Parts), milk protein( He is not lactose
intolerant but milk protein, wich is in a lot of vegan cheeses etc). He
is curently drinking Prosobee formula. He has been eating soynut butter.
Does anyone else have this problem or can someone suggest something? Its
hard enough to bake with the special gluten free flours add in an egg
replacer and margarine and its TOUGH!
Also his stools are gritty today and he went 3 times this
morning, does that mean something I fed him had some hidden wheat in it?
Is hershey chocolate syryp wheat free? He had that on his waffle. THANKS
FOR YOUR EARS!!!!
Becky
