As a diagnosed celiac for at least half my life, I now find myself being
diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic. Suddenly, the gf breads, the side dishes,
fruits and desserts I used to enjoy are now off limits. I am also lactose
intolerant so dairy is also taboo. Since you are all pretty much in the same
boat, how do you handle it?
