Sandy,
That's terrible that you were given a hard time at the airport terminal
- simply because
you had to bring your own foods for your husband! People can be so
cruel!!!!!!!!
Only hastle I've experienced is from employees at McDonalds - who look
at you
twice when you order a cheeseburger plain - and then still have to
repeat "that means NO BUN!"
because they'll send it out with it if you don't! McDonalds is only
place local that fries ff
in separate vat of grease from chicken nuggets - so we eat there few
times a week. Actually
Rachel is getting pretty used to the "meat and cheese" without the bun!
The menu can be tough - but it is worth it in the end!
Hang in there.
Cathy, Mom to Rachel, 10, dx w/diabetes 9/93, celiac 1/02
