I asked my question to http://www.LifeScan.com
and they answered that large doses of Vitamin C may
interfere with
laboratory tests that rely on oxidation or reduction
reactions.
These tests include estimation of cholesterol or
glucose levels
in the blood. That is why I have to contact the
manufacturers of
each particular product that I use to see if the test
strips
are affected by Vitamin C.The manufacture will know
specifically
what products are used in strip production and if
Vitamin C will
affect the results.
Sincerely,Nady
