Can someone help me read a label?  I want to order the Kinni-Kwik Bread &
Bun Mix from Kinnikinnick.  Under Nutrition Facts it reads:

Serving Size   100 g/100 g/4.2oz dry mix
Servings/Pkg    10
Carbohydrates    76.9 g
Sugar - Total      10.4 g

I am assuming the carb and sugar count is on the entire mix.
