Living in the US, the standard way to calculate carbs is to divide the total
gram count per serving by one's particular carb to insulin ratio. My
daughter, diabetic/celiac and on the pump enjoys foods made by SCHAR. Their
labels, as well as many other delicious foods made by manufacturers outside
of the US, do not provide grams per serving. Can anyone explain the means
used to calculate carbs for these foods?
